DISCOVER THE STORY BEHIND KEARNEY BUILDING SURVEYS
Tom Kearney is a registered Building Surveyor, B0614 -Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), who graduated from London Southbank University in 2005 with a BSc in Property Management (Building Surveying). He worked in the UK in private consultancies and housing associations managing housing stock and carrying out project work to commercial buildings. Returning to Ireland in 2008, Tom gained extensive experience in the holiday home sector, residential valuations, managing housing stock, private rented accomodation inspections and general building survying duties. Kearney Building Surveys is fully insured and guarantees clear reporting and a personable service at competitive rates.
